1 : Mumbai
Arrive Mumbai where you will be met and escorted to the Orchid Hotel. Your guide will give you all vouchers for your tour and go through your itinerary with you. |

2 : Kawardha : Palace Kawardha
Fly to Raipur in the heart of India and then drive to the remote and beautiful Palace Kawardha. In the evening you will attend dinner in the Durbar Hall with members of the royal family. |

Day 3 : Kawardha : Palace Kawardha
Visit Kawardha town and the family temple. Take a local guided tour to the 11th century Bhoromdeo Temple, a Tribal village and visit local homes. Enjoy ‘sundowners’ on the banks of the reservoir and watch Tribal dancing in the evening. |

Day 4 : Kawardha : Palace Kawardha
Visit the family step-well where the family would decamp from the palace in the pre-Monsoon heat and live within the walls. See the family hunting lodge and the local town of Kawardha. |

5 : Royal Tiger Resort : Kanha National Park
Take your first Indian wildlife safari tour in the 1900 square kilometre park. See many species of deer, birds, Asian Bison and the elusive, majestic Royal Bengal Tiger. In the evening gather round the camp fire to exchange experiences. You will stay in one of the 18 luxury cottages at the camp. Each suite is en-suite and has a verandah overlooking the forest. |

Day 6 : Royal Tiger Resort : Kanha
National Park
Take the opportunity to enjoy the amazing morning and afternoon wildlife tour safaris in India. In the evening you may watch presentations on tiger and wildlife themes. |

7 : Bagh Van : Pench National Park
After breakfast, drive to Pench National Park (approx 3 ½ hours). Take an afternoon wildlife tour safari and a night drive (depending on animal activity). Enjoy a night in comfortable eco-friendly accommodation. |

Day 8 : Delhi : Imperial Hotel Delhi
After a morning safari, drive to Nagpur (approx 3 hours) to catch a flight to Delhi, where you will be met and taken to Hotel Imperial, the first of the Grand Hotels of Delhi, India. |

9 : Delhi : Imperial Hotel Delhi
A day exploring the sights, old and new, of Delhi. In the morning take a private tour of Old Delhi, the Red Fort, Friday Mosque and the Raj Ghat. After lunch in the Chor Bizarre Restaurant in the former ‘Thieves’ market, visit New Delhi with its wide avenues, Lutyens-designed Government buildings, India gate, Qutab Minar and Humayun’s tomb. |

10 : Agra : Amarvilas
To Agra for one night in Amar Vilas. Drive to Agra (approx 3 ½ hours) via Akbar’s tomb at Sikandra. Stay in the wonderful Amarvilas where your room looks out to the Taj Mahal. In the afternoon, visit Agra Fort and the ‘Baby Taj’, Itmad-ud-Daulah’s tomb, designed and built some seven years before the Taj Mahal. |

11 : Sariska : Sariska Palace
Ride in a horse-drawn carriage to visit the Taj Mahal in the early morning. Return for breakfast before the 5-hour drive to Sariska where you will stay in the maharaja’s beautiful hunting-lodge. Take a late-afternoon jeep safari in the wildlife park - India Wildlife Tour |

Day 12 : Samode : Samode Palace
Take a morning safari drive in Sariska National Park. After breakfast, drive 3 hours to Samode Palace, ancestral home of the Prince of Samode. Take a gentle stroll in Samode village followed by a Rajasthani dancing display by the Samode dancers in the evening. |

13 : Samode : Samode Palace
A day in Jaipur. Drive first to Amber Fort and ride on an elephant up the ramparts to the palace. Follow this with a visit to Jaipur, ‘the Pink City’ and see the astronomical observatory, the City Palace, and Hawa Mahal, ‘the Palace of Winds’. Take lunch in Rambagh Palace. In the afternoon visit Nahagar Fort, one side looking over Jaipur city and the other on the edge of the desert. Return to Samode. |

14 : Rohet : Rohetgarh
Transfer to the airport for a short flight to Jodhpur and then transfer to the small fortified palace at Rohetgarh. Relax by the pool for the afternoon. |

Day 15 : Jodhpur : Rohetgarh
Visit the sights of Jodhpur. Drive up to the great Meherangarh Fort and see the ancestral cenotaphs of the maharajahs. Visit the city and the market. Take a walk in the bazaar and then go to Umaid Bhawan Palace for lunch. Drive through Tribal villages on the return journey to Rohetgarh. |

16 : Deogarh : Deogarh Mahal
Drive (approx 3 ½ hours) to Deogarh and stay in the attractive Deogarh Mahal Palace. |

Enjoy a quiet day of local visits and relaxation by the pool. |

18 : Dungarpur : Udai Bilas Palace
Drive (approx 4 hours) to Dungarpur and stay in the lakeside Udai Bilas Palace, home to the Maharawal and his family. In the afternoon visit the ancestral palace and the surrounding area. |

Day 19 : Dungarpur : Udai Bilas Palace
Take a local tour and see the wildlife in the countryside, Dungarpur town and enjoy the abundant birdlife. |

20 : Udaipur : Lake Palace
Drive (approx 2 ½ hours) to Udaipur and transfer by boat to Lake Palace. Take a guided tour of Udaipur to see the Garden of Maids, City Palace and Udaipur City. In the afternoon visit the Crystal Gallery in Fateh Prakesh Palace. Take a sunset cruise on lake Pichola to Jag Mandir Island. Relax in the grounds of Lake Palace. |

Transfer to the airport and fly to Mumbai where you will be met and taken to the Orchid Hotel. |
